Scrap The Act

The Football Act is now in injury time.  With the SNP losing their majority in Parliament we can now repeal a law that has needlessly criminalised football fans and done nothing to tackle sectarianism in Scotland.

Scottish Labour has launched a campaign to scrap the SNP's Football Act.  James Kelly, MSP for Glasgow has officially lodged his proposal for a bill to repeal the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act with the Scottish Parliamentary Authorities.
